Scot Reynolds, Agent, MSA Talent Agency (Guest Bio)

Scot Reynolds, a graduate of Florida State University, began his career in 2012 at David Shapira & Associates, where he started as an assistant and quickly advanced to Junior Agent, managing his own clients. In 2014, he joined Clear Talent Group, spending six years in the LA office's Theatrical department. During this time, he played a key role in creating the agency's Digital department and establishing a partnership with Producer Entertainment Group, representing top drag performers across the country.

In 2020, Scot transitioned to management at Armada Partners while expanding his career into producing. He acquired his first film, a Korean documentary titled Please Make Me Look Pretty, serving as Executive Producer and securing U.S. distribution. In November 2021, he joined Rothman/Andrés, where he spent three years before accepting the role of Director of Theatrical at MSA. Additionally, Reynolds served for two years on the Associates Board of the Hollywood Radio & Television Society, organizing events and industry panels featuring leading producers and studio executives.
